The purpose of this agreement is to build a good, conducive and ethical relationship between PT Granto Indonesia Jaya. ("Company") and members ("Member") by reviewing the mutual understanding between the Company and the Member regarding the rules in selling the company's products. All matters regarding member administration must follow these Terms and Conditions. These rules and regulations apply to all members.
Anyone may register as a Member regardless of age, gender, education, race, religion or status. Except for the persons listed below:
1. A person who is restricted from joining multi-level marketing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
2. Officers and Employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
3. Persons under the age of 18.
The Company may cancel the membership of the above members immediately without any liability.
Registration Process :
1. All members must register in accordance with the name printed on the Identity Card (KTP).
2. New members must fill in the documents required by the company.
3. Members must guarantee that the data provided is appropriate and correct, including sponsor member information.
The registration process is subject to the approval of the company. After the company has thoroughly reviewed the information and documents provided by the registrant, the membership process will be completed.
The Company reserves the right to review the registration process at any time. Access to the website after registration does not guarantee acceptance of the member's registration by the Company.
The starting time of the membership period starts from the date of registration approval and continues until the last day of the twelfth (12th) month from the date of registration. If the member has a purchase record during this period, the membership will be extended twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, and thereafter.
